GENERAL INFORMATION
In our one-hour awareness training, we first introduce the basic terms regarding LGBTIQ+ diversity and explain the meaning of the acronym. We then shed light on the realities of life for queer people and why awareness is essential for an inclusive corporate culture. We also take a look at the specific challenges faced by LGBTIQ+ people in the workplace and give a brief insight into how you as Allies can actively promote an inclusive work culture.
