About this event
Redundancy can be one of the toughest transitions – for both individuals and the organisations that support them.
In this webinar, hosted by Clare Keniry, we’ll explore redundancy from both perspectives: how individuals can navigate the personal and professional challenges, and how employers can provide meaningful support during times of change.
Career coach and outplacement specialist Suzanne Penny will be joined by two of her clients, Claire Wiggins and Jez Fraser-Hook, who will share their real experiences of redundancy and rebuilding. Claire will talk about regaining confidence, expanding her network and landing a new role in a tough job market. Jez will reflect on processing the emotions of leaving after 25 years with one employer and how he successfully pivoted into a start-up role. Together, they’ll share honest insights, practical advice, and lessons for both individuals facing redundancy and organisations supporting their employees through it.
Whether you’re an employer wanting to strengthen your redundancy process, or an individual navigating change yourself, this session will leave you with clarity, strategies and inspiration for what comes next.
