Do you feel rested? Are you getting enough rest? What does it take to properly restore? It seems like most people are experiencing some degree of burnout in the modern world today. Many have forgotten what it feels like to be fully rested or have given up trying in the face of overwhelming demands from work and life. In this session we explore sleep and other key factors for getting rest so that you be happier, healthier and show up for work and life at your best.Sam will facilitate the conversation. As a group we will share experience, explore challenges and find solutions. About the Mentors

Sam WiganSam is an executive life coach specialising in promoting successful outcomes and increased momentum for senior level clients.Sam’s career in personal development started over twenty years ago when he worked for, and then ran, a self-awareness organisation. In 2010 he co-founded The Young Masters Initiative, a charity offering teenagers transformational education through the arts in partnership with Saatchi Gallery. When Arianna Huffington launched Thrive Global in 2016, Sam was one of the first facilitators to be invited to join the global team and qualify as a Thrive Global executive coach. He coaches C-Suite executives, senior leaders and entrepreneurs.Sam has a rare ability to help people quickly identify desired outcomes and understand blocks that may be getting in the way. Utilising practical tools to maintain positive focus, improve overall wellbeing and better manage workflow, Sam is able to help senior leaders regain direction, control, meaning and momentum in their work and lives.Amid a dynamic coaching career and raising a family he has also become a successful artist, commissioned by leading collectors and selling internationally. Together with Renée Elliott, he is co-founder of Beluga Bean.
