Looking to sharpen up your skills or could it be you have always fancied figure drawing but didn’t know quite where to start? Fall into the safe hands and eagle eyes of well-known artist and tutor Suzanne Kemplay for a morning Masterclass.
This class is all about capturing the figure in action. There will be lots of quick gesture drawing, from 2 to 10 minutes, where we try and catch the action of the model. We will have a range of materials available to encourage more expressive mark making. There will be different exercises, short, long and moving poses. Expect an exciting, fun and fast moving class.
In the afternoon there is the chance to practice what you have learnt in the morning or to develop your own technique and style. The session is untutored but either Suzanne or Sam will be drawing along with you, instructing the model in line with your requests and is available should you have any questions.
