1. Welcome & Setup (10–15 minutes)
Introductions
Review of materials (Pastels, charcoal, pencils, erasers)
Brief overview of today’s focus (e.g., gesture, proportions, shading, anatomy)
Model introduction and pose guidelines
2. Drawing Warm-Up (20–30 minutes)
Goal: Capture movement and energy, not details.
5 × 1-minute poses
5 × 2-minute poses
2–3 × 5-minute poses

Line of action
Major masses (head, ribcage, pelvis)
Flow and rhythm
3. Short Poses – Structure & Proportion (30–40 minutes)
Goal: Improve observation and accuracy.

Blocking in large shapes before details
