SHINE Network is the membership community arm of the Women's Awards.  Our aim is to provide a supportive, environment for personal, professional networking, advise and individual growth.Our network provides monthly mastermind group sessions, webinars, networking online and in person.  We also provide a range of workshops, and seminars to help you gain the skills, knowledge, and information to move forward. Our chosen speakers and trainers are specialists in their fields.SHINE Network is a safe, confidential, and empowering space created to enable you to get the support you need to become your highest best self. Each month we hear from an outstanding individual to learn from their life and challenges.

Life brings you challenges but how to you deal with these. How do create a sense of limitlessness even in the midst of what some might see as limitation?This month our Guest Speaker is the amazing Helen Dolphin MBE.
Helen is a committed campaigner on improving transport for disabled people. After becoming disabled in her early twenties Helen trained as a journalist and worked for ITV Anglia News as a news reporter. She followed this by taking up the role of Director of Policy and Campaigns for a national disabled charity. Helen now works as a Diversity and Inclusion specialist advising government, public, commercial, and professional bodies on how to improve accessibility. She is currently working for Network Rail. Helen is a member of the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC), Chair of the East Midlands Rail Inclusivity Group, Joint Chair of the Heathrow Access Advisory Group, a member of the CAA consumer panel, Chair of the Motability Consumer Group, a Member of the British Science Associations Equality and Diversity group and Chair of her local mobility assessment centre East Anglia Driveability (EAD).
