Overview

Exploring gratitude and self-compassion and how to practice these for our wellbeing

This workshop, delivered by Lifelink will support individuals to understand how gratitude and self compassion helps improve ability to cope with setbacks, challenges, difficult situations and help learn from them. A toolbox of techniques and strategies will support participants to become more focused on the things they do have and not what they don't have, also understand the effects of self compassion on the overall wellbeing .

All our classes are delivered within a group environment so you must be willing to participate in group exercises. Our course facilitators are extremely experienced however they are not trained counsellors and so are not able to offer individual therapeutic support. Participants must be aged 18+.

The Nook from SAMH provides barrier-free access to mental health support, with no need to book an appointment, no need for referrals, and no waiting lists. Anyone looking for support can walk through the door and get help fast.
