Before the session, you may wish to keep your field light and supported by:

- avoiding alcohol or recreational substances

- avoiding heavy meals 4 hours beforehand (eating lightly is fine)

- staying hydrated

NB: mats , bolsters and blankets are provided , however feel free to bring any other items that may support you like water ,eye mask , ear plugs if you’re sensitive to sound as music will be played.
