Lime and Lime Plastering

With master plasterer Sean Wheatley and featuring practical demonstration of plastering techniques and a chance for some hands-on work

Sean is a master plasterer, a course leader for SPAB training courses and a regular visitor to Jersey, where he has worked on a number of historic buildings. Sean will talk about the lime cycle, uses of lime mortars and plasters and some of the important and interesting buildings he has worked on. During the afternoon there will a practical demonstration of plastering techniques and a chance for some hands-on work for attendees.
