Course Overview
This one-day Line Management training course focuses on the practical realities of line management, helping participants build confidence, communicate more effectively and manage performance in a way that enables people to do their best work. It is designed specifically for people working in the theatre industry who manage staff as well as freelancers.
The course reframes line management as a process of enabling and developing strengths, rather than simply supervising or “managing” people. Using theatre-specific language, real examples and up-to-date case studies, participants are given tools they can apply immediately in their own organisations.
The course is delivered in person at 32 Rose Street, London.
