• Headphones-on working if you’d rather concentrate
• A breakout area, if you need a change of scene
• Gentle support and guidance are available throughout the day

Nothing is forced, and you’re free to engage with as much or as little structure as suits you.

We finish the day with a short, relaxed check-out, simply to reflect on what you’ve done and leave feeling a sense of progress and achievement.
