Free Printing Together workshop commissioned by Seed Sedgemoor, in the Seed creative pop up in Angel Place Shopping Centre, Bridgwater with local printmaker Harriet Popham.
Learn how to carve a design and print using lino and ink. Create prints to take home on the day as well as stamping on to our larger group pieces. No previous experience required and you do not need to be confident with drawing. Harriet will provide examples and templates that you are welcome to use. It's all about getting stuck in with this fun process. 'EVERYONE CAN BE CREATIVE'
Please note, booking is required to guarentee your place on these free workshops. The workshop will run from 10am - 1pm, you can stay for as much of this as you would like.
Age Limit on use of sharp tools..
The carving part of this workshop involves sharp tools not suitable for children. There will be a seperate table of pre prepared stamps so that children (12 and under) can experience printing safely. Please do not book a place for a child, they can still get involved in the pre prepared area.
