Ready to take your lino printing further?

This longer workshop is designed for people who have already tried lino printing and would like to develop more confidence with carving, texture and image-making. I will be demonstrating a registration process to help with printing, using Ternes-Burton tabs. This helps with consistency and when building up techniques to reduction printing (this is the follow-up workshop (3) in the Print & Process Pathway)

During this relaxed and supportive evening session, you’ll explore mark-making techniques on a practice block before creating a larger A5 linocut print using traditional lino materials. The workshop focuses on slowing down, developing carving skills, and building a more detailed final print.

All materials are provided, along with guidance throughout the session. Participants will leave with their own hand-printed artwork and a deeper understanding of the lino printing process.

Suitable for: – Those who have attended a beginner workshop previously – Anyone wanting more time to develop their carving and printing skills – Creative people looking for a calm, focused evening of printmaking
