It's not designed for children but teens may find it interesting.

How do I get to the venue?

The VPD HLRI is a bronze-coloured building located next to Papworth hospital (which is round and blue!) Take any bus to Addenbrookes Hospital or the Biomedical Campus. E.g. the A bus stops by the Institute. We are a short walk from the nearest pay and display car park - car park 2.

Is the venue accessible?

There is level access from outside to the room where the event takes place. A disabled toilet is located nearby on the same level. There are a few parking spaces close to the building for visitors who hold a disability badge - please contact us to enquire: webmaster@cardiovascular.cam.ac.uk

Treading softly in the big footsteps of ‘the Dragons,’ the Cambridge Cardiovascular network is inviting researchers to come up with ideas for a new piece of research, in any area of cardiovascular health, that they would love to push forward. When they present their proposals, you will be there, along with our awarding panel. Real research funds will be awarded on the night. Will you agree with the expert panel? Stay behind for a chance to chat to panel members and applicants about their current research over refreshments.
