Listen and be heard in a calm, facilitated space where your normal temperament trait is understood. Circles are held every month on Zoom and occasionally in person.

Come and explore, share or listen with other HSPs in a safe space where your normal temperament trait is understood and validated.Elaine Aron talks of 5 things that every HSP needs to thrive. We'll explore some of these during our time together. They are: <ol><li>To know your trait is real</li><li>To reframe your past in light of it</li><li>To heal from past traumas</li><li>To design a life that is compatible with it</li><li>To meet other HSPs - it is a unique experience!</li></ol> Details of the meeting:This is a listening and sharing circle facilitated gently by Cindy so that you can relax as much as possible and enjoy the time together with other HSPs. There is no pressure for you to speak, you are welcome to just sit and listen.This is an opportunity to fully listen and be heard - a rare opportunity in our modern world - to also share ideas and tips on living life to the full as an HSP, and to ask any questions.It is held in a supportive and safe way. If you want to leave earlier that's OK, just leave whenever you need to. We will start with a short, guided meditation to bring us together.Maximum group size will be 12.The structure of the session will follow this -<ul><li>Guided centering meditation to help us relax and be present</li><li>Brief introductions</li><li>Sharing and listening circle where each person has time to share, explore, ask questions or whatever you need. You are encouraged to take the space for yourself but only if you want to. Those not speaking will be present and empathically listening. It's your choice whether you want any interactions or comments. As HSPs we are often 'given' solutions when we just want to be heard and have time to process. Solutions are not encouraged unless the person speaking has asked.</li><li>Reflections on the circle</li><li>Check out</li></ul> Techie stuff:The call will take place on Zoom, see link when you RSVP (please check you have the Zoom link before the call start time as last minute requests for the link are stressful for you, and makes the session late in starting for everyone). Please enter the Zoom call a few minutes before the start time. You'll be in the waiting room and I'll let people in individually. This takes about 3 minutes.Please make sure your video and sound works. We need to see you. Payment:The ticket price is £7.50 to non HSPconnect members.If you are a member of HSPconnect, please don't RSVP here but go to the Events page on HSPconnect to select the ticket you need. About Cindy; I'm an HSP and a psychotherapist. I know from experience how vital it is for HSPs to meet other HSPs to validate and normalise the trait. I’ve have been working with HSPs for 12 years supporting them to flourish, understand and harmonise their relationship with themselves and others.I founded the community group <a href="https://hspconnect.uk/" title="https://hspconnect.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">HSPconnect.uk</a> for HSPs to find others, connect and build friendships.
