Live Fully with Meaning & Purpose

Live Fully with Meaning & Purpose

George VaultsRochester, England
Saturday, Mar 21 from 10 am to 1 pm GMT
Overview

The Art of Mindful Living

Our lives often pass in a blur—days merge into weeks, months fade into years—and we are left asking, “What actually happened?”  Distraction, stress and the endless pursuit of external validation can leave us feeling a lack of meaning.

True happiness and lasting satisfaction don’t come from changing our circumstances, but from changing the way we engage with them. Through mindfulness and meditation drawn from the Buddhist tradition, we can bring presence, insight and compassion into everyday life, transforming mundane moments into sources of meaning and joy.

On this half-day course, held in the historic George Vaults with KMC Kent’s Principal teacher James, who will guide practical actionable methods, including timeless Buddhist meditation practices, to cultivate mindfulness and discover deeper satisfaction in every moment. Learn to approach life with clarity, calm and the art of true happiness.

Each session will include a talk, guided meditation, and time for Q&A.
