Derek Nash:
Derek Nash is widely recognised as one of the UK’s most vibrant and versatile saxophonists. A long-standing member of Jools Holland’s Rhythm & Blues Orchestra, he has performed at major festivals, concert halls and television broadcasts across the world. As a bandleader, Derek fronts several acclaimed groups including Sax Appeal, Protect the Beat and the Derek Nash Acoustic Quartet, each showcasing different facets of his exceptional musicianship.

His career includes collaborations with an astonishing array of artists—from Eric Clapton, Amy Winehouse and Sir Paul McCartney to Jamie Cullum, Annie Lennox and Gregory Porter. Known for his powerful sound, impeccable swing and infectious stage presence, Derek brings a unique combination of technical brilliance and pure joy to every performance.

Laurence Cottle:
Laurence Cottle is one of the UK’s most respected and versatile bassists, renowned for his impeccable technique and deep musicality. Over a career spanning several decades, he has worked with legends including Tom Jones, Jeff Beck, and Van Morrison, as well as numerous jazz and fusion projects. Equally at home in studio recordings and live performance, Laurence brings a rich, resonant foundation to any ensemble, combining precision, creativity, and an innate sense of groove.

Neil Angilley:
Neil Angilley is a highly accomplished pianist, composer, and arranger with a long career in jazz and contemporary music.
