Take a break from studying and join us for a live mindfulness session to reset your mind and focus on your breath.

Throughout the year it is important to make sure you are prioritizing your well-being as much as your studies.Whether you are a meditation expert or new to the practice of mindfulness, all are invited to this hour-long session focused on training our breath and creating a positive mindset through a guided meditation.Healthy and successful student development is about more than academic and professional skills; therefore our office is committed to providing more mindfulness and well-being resources to our students.This session will take place in person, please bring a matt to sit on and bring a jumper in case its cold.
