Liverpool EBSA Support Group

An opportunity to meet informally with other parents / carers of children and young people who are unable to attend school due to EBSA

EBSA (Emotional Based School Avoidance) / EBSNA (Emotional Based School Non-Attendance) is affecting more children and young people than ever.

We are a small group of parents who have lived experience of EBSA and know this can be a scary and lonely time.

Through this informal support group you can share experiences and connect with others facing similar challenges.

It is also a chance to have a much needed break and feel less alone.

There's no pressure to speak and no judgement.

In order to allow people to talk freely this is an adult only event and due to room capacity you need to book a place via Eventbrite.

This is the first session we are holding and will hopefully be the start of something supportive and productive for us all!

We'd love to see you there as there is no need to struggle alone!

FYI:

There is on street parking outside the venue.

John Archer Hall is close to Upper Parliament Street and Park Road.

This is a free event.

We will however have a dish for small donations by the tea / coffee to help cover expenses only (room hire etc; we are not for profit).
