Kris has been working with people for over 15 years in various roles and major charitable, goverment and private organisations in UK and Europe. Kris is passionate about raising awareness of enequality within society, raising awarness of hidden disabilities including mental health and has been actively working and advocating within the social work field since graduating University in Social Sciences in 2003,  studying human and social sciences, psychology, human behaviour, brain, philosophy. Kris is also a founder of Create & Inspire Consultancy supporting organisations, small business and individuals. Kris is an accomplished Mindset Wellbeing Transformation Coach and Traditional Artist and uses his highly intuitive skills, working with people to reach out the end in mind vission. Facilitating change using creative and innovative interventions including creative coaching, art, wellbeing and spritual practices including mindfulness meditation, breath work, visualisation, use of energy and holistic approaches.
