We are Prompted to Write

Creative writing group Prompted to Write often use Darlington’s history and location as sources of inspiration. Come along and listen as we share our short stories, poems and memoir, all with a local theme, whether it’s the river Skerne, a Darlington ghost, a lost building or a not-so-well-known local character. And if you think you’d like to join us in our writing sessions, there’s the chance to have a chat too.
