Place North West

Join Rochdale Development Agency, Chancerygate, Curtins and Hill Dickinson for Place North West’s annual update on the key issues and opportunities in the logistics and industrial sector.
The breakfast event is due to take place on the morning of Thursday 22 June in Manchester.
The discussion will look at the impact of the ever-growing e-commerce industry and 24-hour delivery, changing location priorities for occupiers, last mile logistics, the shrinking supply of quality warehouses, and current investor appetite in sheds.
Beginning with an overview of market trends and North West take-up by Steve Sharman, partner in the retail team at Gerald Eve, the session will then move on to a panel discussion.
