Lone Working Online Training
Overview
Work-related aggression and violence is on the increase and employers have a duty of care to create and maintain safe working environments for their employees. Lone worker training can form part of that duty. The benefits of lone working training include:
- Reduced risk of litigation
- Improved safety of staff
- Increased confidence of staff in dealing with aggression and violence
- Saving money and resources as less management time is spent on investigating and managing incidents
Disclaimer
Please note, we aim to keep our courses at affordable prices in order to provide training opportunities for those working and volunteering within the local not-for-profit sector of Bracknell Forest and Wokingham Borough.
This is thanks to ongoing funding from our Local Authorities, which means specific criteria must be applied to our attendees. If you are unsure whether you will be eligible to attend, please contact us before purchasing a ticket.
