This course will explore best practice and safety when it comes to lone working.

Frontline staff and managers.

This course will cover:

• Health and Safety legislation that covers lone working
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of your current practice
• How to assess risk for lone working
• Strategies for keeping safe and reducing conflict
• The importance of recording and debriefing
• Reflecting on your own support and wellbeing.

Sessions are not recorded. Slides will be sent electronically.

This course is also available to be booked for staff teams of up to 20 people, to be delivered online "in-house" in live interactive sessions on dates to suit your organisation. This course can booked to be delivered in-person.
