A workshop to explore the potential of device upcycling as a way to increase the number of devices available to digitally excluded Londoners

We warmly invite London borough digital inclusion leads, ICT managers, and procurement leads to take part in this LOTI workshop.As part of the Digital Inclusion Innovation Programme, LOTI is looking at device upcycling as a potential option for increasing the number of devices available to digitally excluded Londoners.What will be covered in this workshopIn this workshop, we'd like to:<ul><li>Share with you the findings of some research LOTI has undertaken on the upcycling market </li><li>Understand the scale of potential devices that can be reused in each borough </li><li>Understand your upcycling journey and explore any challenges you're facing with upcycling devices and distributing them to those who need them </li><li>Explore ideas for potential projects where collaboration adds value</li></ul>In advance of this workshopTo help make this workshop productive, we encourage you to come prepared with information about the volumes / types of devices likely to be donated.Please share this invite with other London borough colleagues who might be involved either in digital inclusion or device upcycling and have an interest in getting involved.We look forward to seeing you there!LOTI team
