This February we are celebrating self love at The Wellbeing Farm! Expect lots of stalls that focus on loving yourself from within!

Valentine's Day is traditionally associated with celebrating love between couples.  BUT…. Valentine’s doesn’t have to just mean loving someone else.  You can be your own valentine!  How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you! The Wellbeing Farm and Roots to Wellbeing Holistic Health Events are combining forces to create LOVE FEST- an opportunity to celebrate YOU and a fabulous opportunity to practice self-love and self-care abs to be your own valentine. A day to love snd become the best version of yourself.  LOVE FEST will take place at The Wellbeing Farm on Sunday, February 11th10.30 - 4pm!

There will be 4 main themes to LOVE:Love - self love, self care, self acceptance, self respect and self appreciationOpen-hearted - connecting with your emotions and spiritualityVitality - love for your health and well-beingEnergy - love for the universe Join us for a day to love YOU, be your own valentine and balance your well-being in mind, body, and spirit. Treat yourself - from a range of fabulous stalls and indulge in a cocktail or a slice of cake. Reflect - Enjoy the lovely views from the farm while you take a moment to write a love letter to yourself. By reflecting on who you are, what you’ve achieved and the progress you’ve made in life. Experience - Activities that make you happy: join in an activity, dance and listen to live music. Engage in engaging and inspiring talks on the topics around self love. Nurture - Spend the day doing things that nurture your well-being: such as reiki, Ayurveda, energy healing, meditation, walk with a Llama or attend a motivational talk. Attend by yourself or with loved ones - friends and family who support and love you, strengthening those meaningful connections. Most of all, celebrate the love you have for yourself and be your own valentine!

£2 entryper person plus eventbrite booking fee with monies going to charity The Wellbeing Farm, Plantation Road, Edgworth, Bl7 0BY 10:30am-4pm
