What time is the event?

The event will open at 12pm and end at 6pm, with last entry at 5:45pm.

What time slots are available?

Accepted Answer

Time slots are every half an hour. If the event space is busy, guests may be asked to queue outside until space is available. You may be asked to leave the cafe after your time slot has ended depending on space. Please do not arrive before your time slot, or you will be asked to come back later.

What payment methods will vendors accept?

Vendors prefer card payments, but will take cash dependent on change.

Question 4

Can I bring a friend/guardian/carer?

If you are planning to come with someone else, please ensure everyone attending books a ticket to avoid disappointment! We may be able to accept extra people as walk-ins, but this is not guaranteed. Carers will be able to accompany anyone requiring a carer without a ticket.

How do I get to the venue?

Candy Cafe is located in Chinatown, close to all of the below underground and overground stations: Leicester Square, Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly Circus & Charing Cross, along with several bus routes. There is paid parking nearby at Q Park.

How do I access the event space?

Please come up the stairs when you arrive, you will see our banner out front! You can purchase a drink at the front counter upstairs, and then head through to the back room where the event is being held!

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, this venue does not have step free access as you will need to take stairs to the 1st floor to enter the cafe. We're very sorry about this!

Question 8

Can I bring children without a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Children under 7 can enter without a ticket, but anyone over that age will need to purchase one.
