Lower Back Pain Workshop: Understand Your Back & Move with Confidence Again

Overview

A practical, sports injury specialist workshop for active adults struggling with ongoing or recurring back pain

Lower back pain is one of the most common reasons people stop training, avoid lifting, or feel anxious about movement altogether.

If your back keeps tightening up, flaring during exercise, or stopping you from doing what you enjoy, this 90-minute practical workshop will help you understand what’s going on and how to move forward safely.

Led by experienced sports injury specialists, this session will break down back pain in a clear, reassuring way and guide you through practical exercises to help you move better and feel more confident again.
