In this interactive online session you'll learn how to setup and customise a simple python web app using wagtail.Wagtail is a Content Management System (CMS) built on Django which is suitable for developing content-rich websites. Unlike some popular alternatives such as Wordpress, wagtail is relatively easy for beginner programmers to get up and running with. All you need to get started is some basic python programming knowledge and a great idea for your first project.Pre-requisitesBefore attending this class, please make sure you have Python version 3.5 or above installed on your machine. Please make sure you are comfortable working with Python virtual environments. We also recommend you install a code editor such as Atom or Visual Studio.
