Join us for a transformative breathwork session designed to calm your mind, reduce anxiety and restore balance to your body. In this 45-minute session, you will learn how harnessing the power of your breath can promote inner peace and resilience, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with grace, through simple yet effective breathing techniques that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily routine. This session will be led by Valya Georgieva (Senior Associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution team at Penningtons Manches Cooper) who has also recently become a certified breathwork facilitator and coach.
Please arrive no later than 12:20, the session will start promptly at 12:30.
