How to Prepare for Your Rooftop Class

Our rooftop classes take place on the open-air helipad at Capital Tower, Waterloo—come ready to move in the elements! What to bring: – Your own yoga mat (we have a few spares, but can't guarantee one for everyone) – Water bottle – Sunglasses, cap, or layers depending on the weather

HOW TO FIND THE HELI PAD IN CAPITAL TOWER, WATERLOO

Capital Tower is located opposite the lower Waterloo station entrance leading on to Waterloo Road and on the corner of Sandell Street. At reception let them know you are here for a class on the Helipad, you'll then be passed through the security gates up to level 12 in the lift.
