Does a parent need to buy 2 tickets to come along?

1 ticket is for 1 guest to partake in the event. Adults can support their young ones throughout the event, but only 1 bath bomb and 1 goodie bag per ticket.

Can Adults come along?

Ofcourse! We welcome all ages above 5 years old to come and have some holiday FUN! We also have some Paternal events during spring!

Question 3

My child has an additional need. How can I help the staff support my child?

Accepted Answer

Let our staff know on the day that you (the adult) may need to support your child throughout the event.

Question 4

What if I can no longer come to the event and require a Refund or Transfer of date?

Accepted Answer

Give our store an email at derby@lush.co.uk and we should be able to issue a refund within 5 days.

Question 5

I have only bought a Mystery Bag, can I come to the event?

Accepted Answer

No. You must purchase a General Admission ticket to be able to partake in our event. For example, 0 General Admission ticket + 1 mystery bag = no participation in our event.

Question 6

My child has an allergy, how can I best ensure my child's safety?

Accepted Answer

We can provide a list of ingredients of the products used in our event. Please email Derby@lush.co.uk for more information. Please let your party host know on the day who has the allergy. Their care is your responsibility, not with LUSH. We provide the entertainment!

Question 7

How long will the event be?

Accepted Answer

We plan for our event to last between 45 minutes to 1 hour long. Sometimes attendees require additional support which may prolong the session.

Question 8

I just want the Mystery Bag, can I purchase this separately?

Accepted Answer

Yes! But please be aware you will not be able to take part in our Valentine's Event unless you have purchased a General Admission Ticket. 1 general admission +2 Cupid's Bag of Treats  = 1 person partaking in our event.
