Hello, I’m Luz – an Open Floor conscious dance facilitator and DJ – and I warmly invite you to my nourishing and recharging women’s dance sessions.

Held in a beautiful private garden studio in North London, these gatherings offer a welcoming space to explore your own unique movement. With a rich mix of music, gentle guidance, and your own intuition, you’re invited to dance for connection, celebration, healing, and transformation.

The sessions are intuitive and varied, flowing with what is present in the moment. I often sprinkle in different flavours such as sound baths, poetry, breathwork, and relaxation practices to deepen the experience and support your journey.
