Luz is a passionate Open Floor conscious dance facilitator, DJ, cacao guardian, sound bath practitioner, and women’s circle guide. She is dedicated to creating welcoming, friendly spaces for women to move, connect, and come home to themselves. With a warm, intuitive presence, she weaves together music, movement, and ritual to awaken the wisdom of the body and nourish the soul.

Her Women’s Garden Dances take place in a serene private garden studio in North London, offering an intimate and nurturing environment. Luz’s sessions are intuitive and varied, often infused with elements from her diverse toolkit – including sound baths, poetry, breath work, and deep relaxation. She also offers cacao ceremonies combined with conscious dance, creating magical spaces for inner listening, connection, and celebration.

Rooted in the belief that embodied practices are powerful tools for healing and transformation, Luz creates spaces where all women are welcome – no experience needed, just a willingness to show up, move, and be moved.
