Macrame Plant Hanger Workshop

Head & Handswas founded on the art of slowing down.A carefully curated store centered around self-care and slow living, it supports small independent makers and artists. Stocking a range of goods and gifts, from ceramics to jewellery, homeware to apothecary, everything is made by loving hands and with good intentions. The store can be found both online and at The Every Space, 6-10 Central Parade, London, E17 4RT.Head & Hands also run a number of slow craftworkshopsto help busy the hands and quiet the mind through artistic practice. Our programme is lovingly referred to as#SlowDownCluband hosts a number of different artists and teachers, making space for them to share skills and wisdom. These take place around London, in like-minded spaces or at our sister venue, Holdspace in Angel.

During this workshop you'll learn the traditional rope knotting technique of macrame by making your very own macrame plant hanger. 
This class is ideal for plant lovers who want to create beautiful displays for their growing collection of houseplants.
This workshop is led by James organised by <A HREF="http://www.headandhands.co.uk/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">head & hands</A>.
James began with the idea of bringing a new and updated aesthetic to a traditional handmade technique. The use of bold and confident colours creates an impact and compliments the modern home. His brand <A HREF="https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/HuiswerkStore?ref=ss_profile" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Huiswerk</A>, produces macrame plant hangers and other home decor, all handmade in East London.

If less than one week before the event - the total booking numbers are below the minimum required to cover our costs, we will give notice, cancel the event and refund payments. If it is necessary to cancel an event, we will do so giving 5 days notice to attendess prior to the advertised date of the event.
If you book and fail to turn up for the event, your ticket will not be refunded. If you wish to cancel please do so with no later than one days notice.
