Alexia is an interior designer, artist, crafter & aspiring art therapist. She enjoys putting together fun workshops for everyone encouraging mindfulness through crafting & making as well as promoting the learning of crafts as another way of connecting with others while simply enjoying the moment.Her crafting journey began when she started to learn 12 crafts in 12 months, which she documented on her website and began experiencing for herself mindfulness while concentrating on a new craft and learning something new.She has always loved learning and creating and loves sharing with others anything she has learned in the workshops she is currently organising in London, where she currently lives, and Athens, her hometown.She is the founder of Art of the H-art and her motto isMaking for Mindfulness.

Learn how to create a beautiful boho macrame plant hanger at the Wisdom on Wellness Festival 2022 in Cobham. *** You will have to get a ticket to the Wisdom on Wellness (WOW) Festival in order to attend this event. <a href="https://www.wisdomonwellness.co.uk" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Get your ticket for WOW 2022 here!</a> *** We will use gathering knots and square knots to create plant hangers like the ones in the image below. Learning a new skill is the best way to learn how to be mindful and present in the moment. Maximum to a class is 10 participants to allow plenty of one to one tuition. Materials will be provided. Just bring your smile and willingness to learn and let's be mindfully creative together.
