03/02/24 Macrame WorkshopShaftesbury Library is delighted to have Anita from Kit and Kaboodle join this year’s Hobbies Season ‘24 programme of events on Saturday February 3rd at 11am.Anita will host a free Macrame workshop where everyone who has booked a place in advance will get to make a macramé keyring fob to take home. There will also be a display of macramé items in the library to demonstrate how versatile this craft is.Macrame has made a huge comeback in recent years and is very popular with crafters. So, for those of you who are interested in this form of textile art, please book a place in advance to avoid disappointment.
