However, she also enjoys a beer now and then...With an ‘open forum’ approach, Polly’s tastings and events are informed but informal, never stuffy, and often comical. Encouraging guest interaction and discourse, wines are presented with stories and fun-facts interwoven, bringing everyday context to the subject whilst encouraging appreciation.Wine shouldn't have to be intimidating or clichéd. Wine is about stories, people, and culture. Something we all share, and something we can all enjoy.

Mad About Malbec - 17th April is World Malbec Day! What better time to explore the red, white, and rosé wines made from this superstar grape and understand how it became the global phenomenon it is today.From it's origins in southern France to the giddy heights of the Andes in Argentina, this grape has travelled across the pond and back again to become a household name. Discover it's fascinting histoy and the incredible variabilty of its style.Join us upstairs in the wine bar at Goat On The Roof. A different theme every third Thursday @7pm. Cheers!
