Overview
On the evening of Thursday 19 February 2026, Made to Move will bring together leading experts in women’s health, nutrition and fitness to explore how exercise and nutrition can support every stage of the menstrual cycle.
Hosted online, the one-hour interactive panel will offer practical, expert-backed advice on adapting movement and nutrition to work with your body, helping you feel stronger, more energised and supported throughout your cycle. From understanding hormonal changes to cycle-aware training and nutrition tips, attendees will gain actionable insights they can apply to their own routines.
