designed for all levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting your yoga journey, class will start with a few minutes of gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system and settle into the present moment

i'll then guide you through a slow sequence of postures i’ve been lovingly developing over the last year, designed to improve posture, mobility and flexibility

class will close with a blissful savasana and guided meditation surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight and therapeutic scents
