Environment Europe Creative Photography Masterclas

Environment Europe is offering exciting and creative photography workshops for all levels and abilities. Our first 6 masterclasses include: 1) Oxford; 2) Nighttime Oxford; 3) Notting Hill; 4) Dorset; 5) Devon; 6) West Sussex. Explore and register today!

All levels of photographic expertise welcome: beginners, amateurs and professionals.We will be exploring iconic Wistmans Wood on the Dartmoor in Devon through the prism of three different creative approaches that will be revealed during the photowalk.One is required to bring a camera with a collection of lenses, possibly a tripod if learning to take evening shots is your priority. Any cameras are welcome: digital SLR and mirrorless, 35mm film, medium format (6x6, 6x7, 6x9). We will be meeting outside Wool station where you need to arrive on your own either by train or by car. The photowalk will start at 11:30 AM and will finish by 8:00 PM. Lunch options will be available on the way.You will learn new approaches to metering the scene in front of you, using the lens creatively, experimenting with movement, looking for a special light. Wistmans Wood on the Dartmoor National Park is an absolutely glorious place to learn photography. We will be paying particular attention to exploring atmosphere, colour, the shapes and greenery of this magical ancient woodland and the vibrant and picturesque hills around the stunning Dartmoor.
