Training session on major bleed control including the use of bleed kits

As part of Northamptonshire Police Week of Action against serious violence, we are pleased to offer you another session of major bleed control training. The session will be delivered by Meditech Global, a CQC registered private ambulance company extremely experienced in this training. The training will enable participants to understand the importance of treating major bleeds, use the contents of bleed kits and how to improvise if they are not available.The bleed kits have been installed around the county thanks to the Wellingborough based charity Off the Streets. A link to the mapping system developed by Off the Streets showing where the bleed kits are situated will be emailed to participants.The Community Safety Partnership thanks Northamptonshire Police, Meditech Global, Off the Streets and Community Spaces Northampton for making this happen.
