Learn the art of leather craft and make your own leather key fob from offcuts.

Design District Canteen, Greenwich Peninsula

Leather is one of the oldest materials known to man and one of the most satisfying to work with when the leather is sustainably sourced and naturally tanned.In this 1.5 hour workshop, you will learn how to make and personalise your own key fobs. The fobs make great name tags, bag tags, zip pulls, belt clips and, of course, key fobs. You will gain the skills and confidence to continue working in leather at home.This workshop is suitable for beginners. Under 16&#x27;s must be accompanied by an adult. All equipment and materials will be provided.About SAMPLE SpringSAMPLE the coming season’s trends and discover your new favourite London brands and designers. As well as plenty of makers, crafters and curators, there will be food from Canteen, local produce, coffee and cocktails. Taking over the decks will be Melodies international, bringing you the freshest mixes from their talented resident DJs.Yodomo is teaming up with SAMPLE Spring to provide a full programme of workshops and demos. We&#x27;ll be popping up with our Creative Reuse Station, so you can learn how to reuse materials, make something new, #rethinkwaste or repair items that you already own at one of our FREE workshops running throughout the day.SAMPLE Spring is open 11am-7pm on 2 April 2022 at Peninsula Square, Greenwich Peninsula.Booking PolicyThere are a maximum of 15 spaces available per workshop. Booking a ticket guarantees you a space, so please only book a ticket if you are able to attend the workshop.We expect this workshop to be extremely popular and we will be operating a waitlist. If you have booked a ticket and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your order so that we can allocate your place to someone else.
