Make | Happen

Panel is an independent curatorial practice led by Catriona Duffy and Lucy McEachan. Based in Glasgow, Panel promotes design in relation to particular histories, archives and collections through exhibitions, events and cultural projects.Our programme engages designers and public audiences and also makes connections with practitioners and institutions whose work extends into visual arts, craft and other cultural contexts and frameworks.

Calling Scotland-based makers! MAKE is a manifesto for craft and a collective call for change. Get involved in shaping the future of craft in Scotland by taking part in a special one-day workshop organised by Panel with Sarah Drummond, Helen Voce and Neil McGuire. 
Through the MAKE manifesto, we're interested in building a movement for craft in Scotland that’s led by the craft community. Launched through this workshop, our 'unconference' format makes space for your voice to shine. This means that, rather than following a structured programme, YOU, guided by the MAKE workshop leaders, build the agenda, pitch ideas and make provocations for the future of our craft community.

Timing Information
Registration for the event will run from 09:30–10:00, with the workshop beginning promptly at 10:00. Lunch and other refreshments will be provided during the day.  If you have any specific dietary requirements please let us know in advance by emailing: hello@makemanifesto.com.

Access
CodeBase Stirling is fully accessible from the street with wheelchair access to all spaces via a lift on the ground floor, located at the rear of the building.
