The heart of North Liverpool and the city’s traditional engine room, the North Docks has seen things made and fixed, arrive and thrive for hundreds of years. We are fast carving out a reputation as the new destination for creatives and culture vultures.

Make North DocksLocated on Regent Street, Make North Docks offers both co-working, private studios and makerspaces in Liverpool. Residents can enjoy a view across the River Mersey, an open-access workshop equipped with tools and the delicious Caffe Riccardo. Make North Docks is open 24 hours for all of our residents.

Make North Docks Open Days Interested in a studio space or just curios about what Make do and how to get involved? Come along for a tour of Make North Docks.Tours will last 40 to 60 minutes and and begin every hour on the hour (e.g. 11:00, 12:00, 13:00 and 14:00).Have a look at our range of studio spaces, hear about our future plans, check out our wood workshops, find out about our upcoming programme, and grab a coffee at Caffe Riccardos. Whether you are a creative looking for a studio to work, need a space to put an event or class on, or whether you are just nosey - please register, come along and join us!D﻿ogs and children are welcome!

A﻿bout your GuideY﻿our guide on the open days will be Alison Ashton, Makes Project Coordinator &amp; Office Administrator . Alison is also the creator of Make Mosaic and runs beginners classes in mosaics and other craft techniques across the North West. She has a love of using reclaimed and broken china (as well as other found / unloved objects) to make bespoke pieces. As well as experience in working on educational projects across the UK.

W﻿hat time does the tour start?The tour around Make North Docks takes between 40 and 60 minutes. Each tour starts on the hour (e.g. every 60 minutes). If you need to get in touch on the day, please call the office on 01516018665What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?On street parking is free but limited to 2 hours. Please let us know if you are a blue badge holder and we can reserve you a space in our small visitor car park. Public transport links are nearby, and the venue is easily accessible on foot from Liverpool City Centre (see our website for more information, we're located at Make North Docks).How accessible is the venue?The workshop is located on the ground floor which provides full accessibility to the premises including toilet provisions. However, some parts of the tour may include stairs. We would advise wheelchair users to contact the workshop provider on the sale of the ticket to arrange a parking bay.Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?Feel free to get in touch with the Make CIC office at 0151 601 8665 or email hello@makecic.orgDo I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?No, it isn't necessary to print your ticket..What is the cancellation policy?Given that this event is free to attend we do ask that those who sign up, but who cannot make it, let us know ASAP so we can reallocate your space.
