Create your own miniature scene inspired by the work of John Henning HRSA
Join us at this family friendly event where we will create our own Elgin Marbles inspired by the work of John Henning HRSA.
We'll use the Henning replicas from our own collection as inspiration and create our own models in relief, using clay and casting with plaster.
Henning created the first replicas in miniature of the Parthenon friezes (known now as the Elgin Marbles), based on his own drawings of these infamous sculptures.
This event is being run as part of the RSA200: Celebrating Together, a year of events celebrating the 200th anniversary of the founding of the Royal Scottish Academy.
