    Join Mixed Media artist Janet Howkins from Step in the Picture on Saturday 29th June 2024 for a plaster casting experience in the heart of the Museum of Wigan Life.

    Janet will take you on a journey of discovery through the museum’s objects in the latest exhibition and walk you through techniques of mould making and casting using the medium of clay and plaster. By the end of the workshop, you will produce a texture-rich plaque inspired by the museum objects to hang in your home. Whether you are a complete beginner or an established artist, this workshop is suitable for everyone
