If you have an arts & technology query, the Makerspace team are on hand to provide friendly learning support!
Makerspace Hull is a self led arts & technology workshop where you can learn new skills and rediscover old ones. Our experienced team are on hand to teach you the foundation skills you need to continue exploring and creating independantly.
Request a 1 hour appointment for support with:
- an induction on any of our technical equiptment (incl. laser cutter, 3D printer, kiln, sewing machine)
- tuteledge with creative software (incl. Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Z Brush 3D modelling
- advice on a bespoke project
(Please note that the Makerspace team cannot assist with hands on making or designing)
Any enquires that involve accessing Makerspace tools/equiptment will require a Makerspace membership. Makerspace membership is available as a £5 day pass, or as a £15 30-day pass. You may be asked to pay a £5 day pass when you visit for your appointment.
A Makerspace membership can be used to freely access equiptment you have been inducted on, use of our creative computer suite, and hotdesking through out the week. Feel free to drop in or give us a call to learn more about becoming a Makerspace member.
