Art Theefe: Oxford band formed in 2013 around a shared desire to create classic music, the band share a heritage with many of rock, soul, folk and country’s most illustrious artists: timeless song writing, soulful performances, and artful musicianship... led by Matt Sage (“A great artist” – Gilles Peterson; “Seriously gorgeous sounds” – Mike Scott, The Waterboys), along with Little Brother Eli’s Josh Rigal on bass, and Boston native Joel Bassuk on drums.
Temper cartel - A new Oxford band, fronted by Josh Alden, who are in the process of recording their debut album, produced by Mark Gardener of Ride.
Ed Pope - Oxford legend, Ed Pope, a mischievous, mystical and mercurial bard
Steve Larkin - hugely energetic founder of Hammer & Tongue, slam poetry champ, writer, lecturer, musician and all-round renaissance poet.
Xogara - Hailing from Oxford via Galicia, Wales, and the West Country, Xogara are everything you might expect of an Anglo-Cymraeg-Galego four-piece.
Kiran Millwood Hargrave - is a poet and author. her debut novel "The Girl Of Ink and Stars" was published in May 2016 where it was Waterstones Children's Book of the Month and an instant bestseller, entering its fourth reprinting within three months of release. It has sold to over a dozen territories around the world.
