We all make hundreds of decisions every day.
Toast or cereal? Brown or white rice? Trainers or smart shoes?
And, then there are the difficult decisions that have an impact on others. Sometimes it's the decisions that really matter that leave us feeling stuck.
In this interactive 60-minute workshop, we'll explore the kinds of decisions you find easy to make, where you get stuck, and what support, tools, or resources can help you make decisions that feel right for you.
You'll hear from other participants from a range of backgrounds, share experiences, and pick up practical tips and simple frameworks you can use long after the session ends.
Join expert facilitators Rachel Gilmore and Sarah Bowen on Monday 14 September 2026, 12:30 - 13:30 BST for a lunchtime workshop on Making Difficult Decisions.
The session is open to everyone: you can come and engage with the topic, experience Systemic Modelling group facilitation and practice Clean Language questions. Led by facilitators certified in Clean Language and Systemic Modelling.
